Republic - VISAPI - A system for visa management
Visa management system design and implementation solution project.
Within the project, application system interfaces were developed and
implemented. It was based on an integration of an application interface
for controlling scanners and cameras, machine document reading and
document printing. At present, the system is used at all embassies in
the Czech Republic. The solution has been provided through the IBM Czech
Republic, spol s r.o. company.

Extranet - Document distribution
Receipt of EU documents in the department and for their
subsequent distribution to other state administration authorities - design and
implementation of the solution project. Part of the distribution application has
been compiled in JAVA, the users use web interface in Websphere IBM. The
solution has been provided through the IBM Czech Republic, spol s r.o. company.
- Prague 9 City District - Unified communication and bulk
SMS messages
DATASYS provided the Prague 9 City District with a
solution providing its citizens with information using bulk SMS messages, we
have also implemented a UMS system - a system for unified communication that
includes solutions for fax, SMS messages, CTI and IVR including full e-mail
integration. An application for controlling and managing citizen inputs was also
developed for city districts.

- T-Mobile Czech republic a.s. - M-Platba Micropayment
System
The M-Platba system enables secure payments in the web and
Wap environments. The money is drawn from the user's prepaid credit or possibly
added to his or her next invoice. The trader will know immediately, whether the
payment has been realized. The system has been compiled in the Java language, it
runs on IBM servers with an AIX operating system. An IBM WebSphere application
server and IBM MQSeries communication middleware have been used. Delivered
through IBM.
- Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. (Český Telecom) - Fax
Gate
The solution allows sending and receiving faxes directly
from the e-mail environment used (HP OpenMail, MS Exchange). It has been built
on a DATASYS FaxChange fax server, fax sending and receiving uses the ISDN PRI
connection. Compiled in C/C++, runs in Windows 2000.
- Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. (Český Telecom) - SMS
Gate
The solution utilizes sending and receiving SMS messages
directly in the e-mail environment used and in the user's back-end applications
- for example in the "JEF" work planning system or from an application that
resolves queries concerning the availability of ADSL on a given phone number. It
communicates with the runner's e-mail system and with the runner's integrative
Broker. The solution has been built on the DATASYS MobilChange mobile
communication server. Compiled in VBScript and C/C++, runs in Windows 2000.

- Česká Národní Banka (The Czech National Bank) - E-mail
communication for the Stock clearing agency
The application ensures checking and delivery of packages
with clearing instructions from the SMTP and X.400 e-mail (MS Exchange)
environment to the bank's back-end systems that run on mainframe. Compiled in
the VBScript and C++ languages, runs in Windows NT. Delivered through Unisys
s.r.o.

solution
The system has been built on a DATASYS MobilChange mobile
communication server and on tailor-made applications that enhance its
capabilities. It processes encrypted SMS messages sent from a SIM Toolkit
application in a mobile phone and transmits them to the bank's back-end systems.
In the other direction it encrypts SMS messages and sends them to the mobile
phones. SMS messages sending and receiving is realized through a direct
connection to all Czech and Slovak GSM operators. The system has been compiled
in the VBScript and C/C++ languages, it runs in Windows 2000. It uses an IBM
MQSeries communication middleware. Delivered through IBM Czech Republic, spol. s
r.o.
- Československá obchodní banka a.s - Topping up O2 phone
cards
The solution allows you to top up your O2 card using an
ATM. It hands on requests to the bank's back-end systems and it also
communicates with the Telefonica O2 topping up system using the M2M interface.
It has been compiled on the C++ language, it runs in Windows 2000. It uses the
IBM MQSeries communication middleware (IBM WebShpereMQ). Delivered through IBM
Czech Republic, spol. s r.o.

The solution allows the banking system to send and receive
faxes (payment orders, bank statements). It has been built on a DATASYS
FaxChange fax server and on tailor-made applications that enhance its
capabilities. It communicates with the bank's back-end system. Sending and
receiving faxes is made possible using the ISDN PRI connection.
Compiled in C/C++, runs in Windows 2000. It uses the IBM
MQSeries communication middleware (IBM WebShpereMQ). Delivered through IBM Czech
Republic, spol. s r.o.
- Komerční banka a.s. - Fax and SMS solution
The solution allows the banking systems to send and
receive information using fax and SMS messages. It has been built on DATASYS
FaxChange fax server, MobilChange mobile communication server and on tailor-made
applications that enhance their capabilities. It communicates with the back-end
systems of Komerční banka. Sending and receiving faxes is made possible using
the ISDN PRI connection. Sending SMS messages is realized through direct
connection to all Czech GSM operators, every day SMS messages with account
balances are send at the speed of tens of thousands SMS messages in an hour. The
system has been compiled in the VBScript and C/C++ languages, it runs in Windows
2003.
- CitiBank Europe plc - Fax solution
The system allows the banking system to send and receive
faxes (payment orders, bank statements). It has been built on a DATASYS
FaxChange fax server and on tailor-made applications that enhance its
capabilities. It communicates with the bank's back-end systems. Compiled in
C/C++, runs in Windows NT.

The solution allows the banking system to send and receive
faxes (payment orders, bank statements). It has been built on the DATASYS
FaxChange fax server. Sending and receiving faxes is made possible by several
ISDN BRI connections. Compiled in C/C++, runs in Windows 2000.

multifunctional data network project
The DATASYS company has been participating in the
FINet-ADIS multifunctional network technological and realization project
development and implementation since the very beginning. The FINet-ADIS is one
the most important networks in our republic - it enables efficient operation of
the Czech tax system. Services performed within this network make up a system
solution of data communication needs in the ADIS subsystem that ensures
information and communication services for the department's tax system.
Within the framework of the project and of its
implementation the DATASYS company realized the design and specification of
using the Windows NT environment and the MS Exchange e-mail system by financial
authorities in all localities, fax service design, specification of the network
supervision services using the IBM NetView system and integration of the SNMP
agents for individual subsystems.
- Ministry of finance of the Czech Republic - Design and
implementation of the Symantec antivirus solution
The DATASYS company realized a complex integration of an
antivirus protection system into the FINet-ADIS network. The project solved
implementation of server and client components and servers for the distribution
of antiviral definitions. In cooperation with workers of the OAI roll-out
antivirus system the DATASYS company has realized the project for all the
localities of the FINet-ADIS network (222 localities in total). The subsequent
support concerns itself with the system operation and also with upgrades to
higher versions.

security elements implementation
The DATASYS company participated in the realization of
safety elements for the ADIS system. DATASYS played the role of a hardware
supplier. We provided chip cards and readers, software interface for
authentication of ADIS users to local networks on the Windows platform -
authentication in the NT domain and electronic signature creation for e-mails
within the tax administration department.

- certification authority within the MF department
The DATASYS company participated in the realization of the
design, creation and implementation of PKI for Czech Ministry of finance. The
project included analysis of the existing situation and evaluation of
utilization of the existing ICT CA DS in respect to the PKI implementation,
design of the PKI system and formulation of the implementary project for PKI
utilization, hardware and software delivery, installation, configuration,
testing, pilot run, implementation - PKI utilization and launching and service
and technical support.
- Ministry of finance of the Czech Republic - FINet Windows
2000/2003 employment
The DATASYS company prepared a project of a pilot Windows
2000/2003 employment within the FINet-ADIS network environment. Apart from the
Windows 2000 (or 2003) operating system migration, the pilot project also
prepared migration of the MS Exchange e-mailing system. Subsequently the DATASYS
company upgraded this environment and migrated it according to the prepared
pilot project.
- The Prague Public Transit Company - Windows 2000
technology utilization
The DATASYS company solved an extensive project of Windows
2000 and Exchange 2000 technologies utilization for a public transport company.
The company is divided into individual trees with their own organizational
structure and with a central management. This organizational structure is also
reflected in very autonomous division of responsibilities for information
systems and at the same time in strict requirements concerning communication
among individual sections. The project of the Windows 2000 and Exchange 2000
came about in 2002 and 2003 and in total it affected 5000 users. As a part of
the Exchange 2000 system migration a PKI infrastructure for electronic signature
and data encryption had to be solved anew.
- Prague City Hall - Windows 2000 and Exchange 2000
migration
The DATASYS company prepared the migration to the Windows
2000 operating system and subsequently also the migration of the e-mailing
system to Exchange 2000 for the Prague City Hall. The process included migration
of user data and smooth transition of the system into the new environment. A
strong accent was put on the transition smoothness without operational blackouts
of the entire information system.
Within the e-mailing system a mobile devices integration
system (MS Mobile Information Server) was designed and implemented.
- Road and Motorway Directorate of the Czech Republic -
Windows 2000 and Exchange 2000 technologies design and implementation
The DATASYS company carried out an entire project
consisting of the utilization of Windows 2000 and Exchange 2000 technologies for
a transport company. The project was realized in all 35 localities of the
company's WAN network geographically spaced all over the Czech Republic. As a
part of the Exchange 2000 system migration a PKI infrastructure for electronic
signature and data encryption within the e-mailing system was designed and
implemented.
- Prague 4 City District - Exchange migration and IP
telephony integration
DATASYS provided the Prague 4 City district with an
upgrade and migration to MS Exchange 2007 along with the MS Office Communication
Severs 2007 installation. At the same time the IP telephony with Internet VoIP
was integrated into the system.
- Czech Social Security Administration (CSSA) - Data center
realization
The DATASYS company provided the CSSA with a complex
delivery of a new data storage. The delivery was realized from start to finish,
including such services as: analysis and design, infrastructure architecture, HW
supply, installation and configuration, procedures implementation, testing and
support, documentation and staff training.

- Stavební spořitelna ČS - Migration to Windows 2000 and
Exchange 2000
Migration of the e-mailing system to Exchange 2003
project. This project was special in the fact that the migration did not come
about from an earlier version of Exchange but from an e-mailing system based on
the LINUX platform. The project did not include only user data migration, but
also the migration of news databases.
The very specific task was the integration of specialized
applications for automated e-mail processing into the new system. The project
also included automatic installations and configurations of clients' stations
and application. Furthermore a solution for directory objects synchronization
was designed and implemented with the e-mail system of the
parent company.
While working on the project, extreme emphasis was placed
on data migration safety and on the smooth transition without operational
blackouts.

Presently provided by the DATASYS company. In total, the
support and MS Windows system environment integration are offered at about 216
localities to about 16.000 users.
Further services consist of problem solution support for
operated servers in the MS Windows system environment and for their end stations
(personal computers) in such areas as: supervisory and service activities,
administrative services, technical support and system integration when using
software products from the Microsoft company, coordination activities in the
Microsoft system environment for utilization of server applications within the
FINet - ADIS network (AVIS, CEDR, EXCHANGE, Taxtest etc.), standard MS Windows
system environments guarantee, processing general recommendations concerning
equipment and configuration of computer workstations within the framework of
cost optimization and training.
DATASYS guarantees that all the services mentioned above
are provided in the ISO 9001 standard quality.
- Road and Motorway Directorate - IS system support
DATASYS has been providing system support for the
organization. The support is granted at all 35 localities within the entire
Czech Republic. The support services focus on the Microsoft Windows operating
system platform and on applications operated on this platform.
- Czech Social Security Administration (CSSA) - Outsourcing
of the e-learning services
DATASYS provides a complex e-learning system operation
outsourcing for the organization. The services are provided within the entire
organization - in all localities at central, regional and district level (98
localities in total). The total number of the e-learning subsystem users is
approximately 7.000. The services include hardware delivery and operation,
services related to implementation , operation and development of the entire
e-learning system. The outsourcing services also include the second and third level support for the end users.
- Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic - TIVOLI
products implementation and support
DATASYS provides implementation and support of TIVOLI
products and other upgrade solutions. The service is not provided only for the
ministry itself, but it is also gradually expanded to the Czech embassies
abroad. The support services include implementation and subsequent securing of
systems monitoring and security monitoring, LAN and WAN networks supervision,
hardware and software stock-listing and execution of distributed tasks.
