DATASYS launched a new Helpdesk system

Prague, 11.01.2010 – The DATASYS Software company has launched a new Helpdesk for its customers. This step is realized as a part of a continuous process of improving our services and the technical support standards for our products.

Primarily, the new Helpdesk system brings the following to our customers:

It can be used 24/7.
Incidents can be reported by telephone, by e-mail or through a web application.
Easy and intuitive request submitting
Automatic submitter notification when the request status is changed or updated
Updating a request will also be possible by replying the e-mail concerning the request. If you do not modify the Subject, your e-mail will be assigned to the request automatically.
After the new system is fully operational a knowledge database will be available that will include solutions to known problems.
